Aperitifs & Pizzas

Every day from 6 PM to 8 PM

Every day, à la carte aperitifs with the great return of pan pizza: cooked in an iron pan and finished in the oven, crispy outside and soft inside. Pizzas, traditional fried specialties, local platters, and wines selected by Terra: from Cesanese to Piedmontese Barolo, including great Central Italian whites. The best way to start your evening.

Terra offers you an Olive Oil List featuring excellence from 18 Italian regions and a Wine List (Vinosofia, a journey around the world in eighty glasses) which, with over 150 labels, includes wines from 56 grape varieties and as many terroirs worldwide—from New Zealand to South Africa, from Argentina to the Rhine Valley, from Burgundy to Hungarian Tokaj; including all the local Cesanese DOC and DOCG wines and our own wines, produced both in the land of Barolo and with two Central Italian grape varieties.

Every lunch at Terra begins with a tasting of three olive oils from different Italian regions. Every afternoon at Terra—from 5:30 PM to 8 PM—is dedicated to Piglio Wine Tasting: a bistro corner featuring all Vinosofia bottles, from which you can choose a glass paired with finger food or selected platters of cheeses and cured meats from Lazio.

About Terra

The earth holds mysteries unknown to man: that is why we named our table Terra. We set out to build a cuisine starting from what we love and what we know how to produce. Terra was born in the heart of a historic olive grove, between a Cesanese vineyard and a garden that offers its seasonal harvest.

Seven days a week, Terra is open for lunch and dinner with dishes and recipes by chefs Mirko Santangeli and Gianluca Pronti. Discover our wide seasonal menu and follow Terra’s Facebook page for the daily menu, with dishes prepared every day for guests staying at the Maison and also available to external visitors.

For early risers, a breakfast surprise: a tiered stand with homemade pastries along with many other local artisanal delights.
